Dr. Christian Schneider is a specialist in orthopaedics with additional qualifications in sports medicine and naturopathic medicine, among others. His work covers targeted diagnostics and individualised, conservative treatment of the entire musculoskeletal system – addressing acute injuries and chronic complaints holistically, identifying functional and load-related deficits and treating them specifically.

Dr. Ralf Doyscher is team physician for Borussia VfL 1900 Mönchengladbach. A specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery, he specialised early on in non-operative orthopaedics and sports medicine and has many years of experience looking after professional teams, sports federations and elite athletes. He holds additional qualifications in sports medicine and in physical therapy & balneology. Dr. Doyscher combines science with practical experience, conventional medicine with sensible complementary methods, and the latest developments in his field with proven treatments.

Dr. Jan Schwab studied human medicine at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau and at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich. He also completed studies in health economics at the European Business School (EBS) as well as an MBA at the Technical University of Munich (on a scholarship). He obtained his medical licence and began his specialist training at the ENT Department of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, continuing it at the ENT Department of Ulm University. He then set up his own practice and built up the Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum München Süd. In addition, he works at the ENT practice in the Ärztehaus Fluntern in Zurich.

I am a passionate dentist because I love helping people and improving their quality of life and health. The precision and manual skill this profession demands fascinate me and, even after more than 25 years of experience, present me with new challenges every day. It is deeply rewarding when I earn my patients’ trust and they leave my practice with a bright smile. The combination of medicine, technology and empathy makes this profession uniquely fulfilling for me.

Dr. Thore-B. Haag is our expert in training science, performance diagnostics and exercise therapy. In 2024 he founded the platform “training-based Health” to support patients with chronic conditions. As CEO of Benefit Service Deutschland GmbH, he spent several years working on the effective application of shockwave therapy. He also draws on many years of research as head of sports science at the Sports Orthopaedic Institute and on practical work as head of therapy at the Orthopädiezentrum Theresie. His doctoral thesis in training science examined back pain in elite sport. As a long-standing coach and athlete in competitive volleyball and a member of professional committees and networks, he actively shapes the interface between medicine and training.

Ever since he was young, Leon has been driven by a passion for sport, which he lives out in his own athletic career. He played tennis, football and handball from an early age. Handball remains one of his great passions: after an ambitious competitive career, injuries mean he now continues as a referee and coach. Shaped by his own injury history, he developed a strong interest in rehabilitation and, over time, acquired in-depth knowledge, particularly in the rehabilitation of the lower extremities. Fascinated by sport and health, he took the advanced sports course (Sportadditum) in upper school so he could include the subject in his Abitur, which he completed in 2018 at the Max-Born-Gymnasium in Germering. He then studied sports science at the Technical University of Munich, graduating in 2024. Since October 2024 he has been continuing his path by studying human medicine in Innsbruck.

Christian Lamper holds a Bachelor’s and a Master of Science in sports science from the Technical University of Munich. His studies focused on neuromuscular diagnostics, exercise physiology and training science.
